Return Policy

DUE TO COVID & THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS. OUR DRESSING ROOMS ARE OPEN FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

**SHOPPING CREDIT IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR ANY REASON**

  • If you need to start a return claim please send a message to returns@shopwillowgracecv.com with your order number as the subject. Please include the item description or style number you’d like to return and your reason for return. You MUST get a return authorization before sending in your return. If we receive a return without a return authorization, you will be contacted to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to keep their tracking numbers for all returns and track their returns.
  • We must receive returns within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund credit. Returns older than 14 days will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags attached. Please include your packing slip or order number inside the package. 

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • We have the right to refuse returns over a 25% return rate. This includes canceled orders. If you are unsure of your return rate please send a message to support@shopwillowgracecv.com BEFORE sending a return.

      HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 
      You will receive a credit on your shopping account within 5 business days of processing your return. Non-returnable items will be disposed of or donated if returned without approval.

      DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

      If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item please contact us at support@shopwillowgracecv.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. We will do our best to immediately correct these issues.

       

      LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
      When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
      We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
